Marketing Risk Path Identification of Small and Medium-sized Energy Enterprises Based on ISM-MIMAC

چکیده

To explore the path identification of marketing risk factors in small and medium-sized energy enterprises, this study extracts 16 influencing from 3 aspects external environment, internal management information feedback through literature analysis expert interviews. In paper, interpretative structural model (ISM) is used to construct multi-level diagram are divided into three layers: direct factors, intermediate fundamental factors. Then matrix impact cross multiplication applied classification (MICMAC) analyze affecting then driving force dependency drawn. The results show that dependence financing risk, partners, personnel other relatively weak, treatment can be prioritized. such as lack policies, sudden organizational structure have high forces, which key constitute risks should focused on. This takes enterprises research object, certain universality, provide new solutions for face risks.
